This is my first MacBook and I'm so happy I chose it. It's been able to handle all of my work, as well as my mass of files from writing and working on my degree. It's compact, barely weighs anything, and the touchpad makes it easy to log in and out when I'm going back and forth from working and home life. Very satisfied with the purchase and looking forward to using this laptop for years.

This computer is a powerhouse! Even with 8GB of ram, I can multitask like a pro! This is something I'd definitely recommend to a friend.

This MacBook does just what you expect from this brand. It is light, great display, powerful and fast. I had switched to a less expensive PC and it started having problems in less than a year that could be repaired for more than the machine cost. So happy to be back with a Mac.

Typical Apple product. Well designed, fast and made to last. The Gen1 M1 chip is incredibly faster and more efficient than intel. The newer M1 chip is even better. The air is very light and portable. Very similar to the gen1 M1 MacBook Pro. If your only needing a computer for general office and or student application, this is a great machine.
