I'm not sure if I ever got the refund but I did repurchase it for school. I don't do much heavy work in this laptop but I haven't had an issue with this product.

MacBook Air does the job

It's light, boots right up, and has enough power to execute all the things I need, like video conferencing.

I can’t get ahold of any real person on the phone from Best Buy though so I can pay it off. I hate to be that person but I love the computer but would’ve rather bought it somewhere different. :(

Decent Computer for Work/School

I do find that even when I have or two tabs open on Safari, the computer freezes up. Then, I have to restart the whole computer. It has only happened a coupled times since I have purchased it. Other than that, I am very pleased with it!
