This is a terrific computer. It is my third or fourth Apple product and I’ve never been disappointed

It’s a good computer. I bought it to use for school and because it’s Apple. It allowed me to control my electronic ecosystem from home. But it gets slow at times, the processor is very average when you use more than three apps.

Great computer. Fastest, best build quality, most secure, most reliable system for this price point. Compares closer to $1300++ Windows based machines.

Love my Mac ,so easy to use and it conecta with all my apple products .The Best Buy rep was super attentive at guiding what I needed it, explaining everything in detail .

Ordered it online. It was ready when I got there, although I had to wait a bit. Oh, and it was on sale, yay!

Printer/scanner issues with Monterey OS. Was able to resolve the printer issue, however the scanner won't work. Spent hours trying to fix myself and Apple support could not fix the issue. In 2019, I purchased a 2018 MacBook Air and ended up having to purchase another printer. For my recent purchase, I asked Best Buy staff if there might be printer issues and was told there would not. That is not the case. Also, if you use your photos as screensavers, most display turned sideways and the "Apple fix", doesn't work. Both of these issues have been ongoing for months to years as reported within Apple support community and from searching the internet - with various OS upgrades by Apple. Battery has to be recharged even though it is always plugged in. That was never an issue going back to my 1st Apple computure purchased in 2008 . Just waiting for more unknown suprises from my new Apple MacBook Air.

We haven't actually used the laptop yet because it was Christmas gift. The price was great and the shipping was fast. Very happy with purchase so far.

All though I had to fix it s little problem it's nice. A little slow but it's workwitable. It stalls but that's not a bother. Over all I like it.thank u.
