    Caps lock key is functioning incorrectly. the light on the button does not turn on unless a firm push. all other buttons work with a soft press.

    I really looked forward to this new laptop (old MacBook Air from 2015), but it's not the huge improvement I expected it to be, and I had to purchase bluetooth/wireless earbuds for it. I haven't noticed a huge difference in speed, either. Overall, it's a bit of a mixed bag for me (setup was fairly easy, and I'm used to Apple devices, but it's not as flexible as other devices...all in the name of "improvement", I'd guess.
