    My daughter closed it with a spiral and pen inside. She didn’t even close it hard but it ruined the display. $750 down the drain. I feel like for the price it should be more durable and have a much longer life.

    I went in to buy this laptop because I saw that it was a open box certified item. I understand the salesmen has to ask a little about trying to upsale but he kept trying to upsale me on everything. I literally would have bought it somewhere else if they had it in stock. Walking into Best Buy is like driving through a car lot when the dealership is open.
