    Loved it till I had to do a windows update and it fried the hard drive 3 weeks after purchase. I’m giving it 3 stars because I was able to get the hard drive replaced and it’s currently working.

    I bought this for my daughter in July and it has had the screen go black then a some other color and another time completely shut off. The most upsetting part is of course all of this happens after the return time ended SMH
