My daughter was really happy and setup fast and easy

This is the worst open box I ever purchase. The cover of the MacBook was scratched up. The gold paint was faded, and the screen had a crack in it with a bunch of fingerprints on it and it was powered on. I never left the parking lot. I never left the parking lot. I returned it, and they are still trying to pawn it off on someone else at that high price.

The service and support are good. The reviews are helping.

Love my macbook was not apple products until I bought this

If you ever want to hook this thing up to an external monitor and hard drive, DON'T BUY THIS. I am trying to save you so many headaches. Get a M1 Mac Mini with the built in ports instead of ANY M1 Mac laptop. I have spent a month now dealing with Apple and have gone through 4 different docs and dongles and can't get any of them to stay functioning properly with this M1 MacBook Air. Apple will refuse to help because all the docks/dongles are "3rd party" (their favorite copout). For God sake, if you want your sanity, either just NEVER plan on using this as a portable desktop replacement OR just get the Mac Mini. >>>YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED<<<

Item is great .delivery took longer .there was some confusion

This is the 2nd MacBook Air where the screen has gone bad within 6 months. Apple claimed the first one was user damage but we had pictures to prove there wasn’t any damage when it was sent in. They are once again claiming user damage staying the screen was scratched on the inside of the second MB air. Apple is not producing the quality products they were known for.

The screen has turned black. The computer repair is quoted to be approximately $500. The computer was purchased Dec 23, 2023. The computer went black Jan 15, 2025! Only works if plugged into a monitor.
