Apparently I somehow got a virus when o migrated from my MacBook pro to my new computer. There was extensive repairs that needed to be done. And since both computers contain weneoot I was surprised that I got a virus.

Its good for what it does me personally i need something bigger the laptop is confusing to navigate it was my first apple laptop

Great product! I was able to go in store and pick out which MacBook worked best for me. The sales team are always so nice, and of course product quality is great! I always go to BestBuy for all of my technological-needs.

The computer memory is not big enough so it can stuck sometimes. I don't think it is a good buying option i had made. Recommend to buy HP Dell that will have much more advanced features. Not worth the money. In tje winter time the surface is super cold. It can get scratchs easily. Not worth the money.

Ok where do I start, I’m 76 years old, after a fire in my home my grandson purchased this Product for me to replace a old one tried to use it was very complicated for me I did try did not like it tried to return to store for a refund young man was very nice but after explaining to him my problem he checked with a supervisor because it was pass15 days sorry I can’t do that I told him I would take a store Credit this was not a cheap purchase, apple have a very Strick policy on returns,15 days only I’m not happy will not buy anymore of apple product, what do I do with something I can’t use.

I wish they would make a touchscreen MacBook. Convient for school and cool features.

If you are not tech savy and just want a decent laptop to do day to day- do not buy this. Cannot even use my usb

I bought a geek quad certified open box MacBook Air. I had trouble creating an account so I took it to Apple to see if they could diagnose the problem. I was then notified that the Motherboard had to be replaced in order for me to use the MacBook. Needless to say I returned the open box one I bought from Best Buy and just bought a new one directly from Apple. Geek quad certification apparently means nothing.

I brought a MacBook Air i3 8 GB literally a few days before the M1 came out. I was disappointed by how warm my i3 got for doing the slightest bit of tasks and the fan came on and it was a noticeable sound. I didn’t want to have to worry about fan noise and my MBA heating up so I returned my i3 and bought the M1. Literally, day and night! This thing is super fast and powerful and the battery life is amazing! No more worries about fan noise or CPU temperature with multiple tabs open. I am so happy I switched to the M1 and I highly recommend it to everyone looking for their first MacBook purchase or wanting to upgrade from the Intel model or any previous model.

I purchased this as my son's school laptop less than 90 months ago, and now every time the MacBook goes to sleep, the keyboard and trackpad become unresponsive. To get them to respond, we have to power off / power on. After spending time in the Apple store (during which no hardware issues were found), Apple support had me reinstall my OS, and the problem persists! This has been going on for over a week, and they have given me no timeframe for resolution.

Not enough ports to plug into to run a business. Great for speed for a computer & would have been great to sync up with my iPhone & Apple watch

Too problematic. Still working through issues with this after I migrated from an 11 year old Mac. Syncing problems, and kernel panic problems.

The device seems to have a charging issue, doesn’t charge while using. When it runs low on power, have to shutdown and recharge. What’s up with that? It is a defective unit?

Do not buy! It has a design flaw where the screen will crack for no reason. There are two large class-action lawsuits because of Apple knowing this design flaw but then trying to charge people for a screen repair when there was no mechanism of damage. I bought my labptop in August 2021 and now they are asking for 514 dollars to repair the screen. This was the second time the screen developed a crack for no reason!

Not what i expected especially for price wont but apple again so over priced for nothing

After 14 months of light used, the screen is having many issues. There are many vertical lines and the letters are not clear.

The computer battery wasn’t working properly when opened

Terrible sold us a computer that was completely useless had someone’s previous passwords in it could not reset computer to use it returned it after talking to customer service. They sent it back to me saying we could not return it because it was locked by a password called Best Buy again sent it back still waiting for refund. Terrible customer service and will never buy another thing from them

Its okay. Nothing special. Its kinda small but my daughter is happy with it. I would have never bought it but I got it for her since she has been doing an outstanding job at school and the house.

This MacBook Air 13.3 is just your basic Mac Laptop. It has all of your features that you would expect with a MacBook. In my humble opinion, if I had to do it all over again, I would purchase an Ipad and get the case with the keyboard and touchpad and pen. Overall though, its a good laptop but if you need anything windows you better get a PC then, i ran into that issues a few times and would have to use certain programs on my old laptop.
