MacBook Air Was the first Mac I had owned so he is taking some getting used to but with the help of videos I am learning how to use it appropriately

Apple is a great product. But without Best Buy’s Tech Support, I would it be able to utilize its functions. I still need a bit more cleanup, but will deal with that after the holidays.

Returned because it didn’t work with a few sites I needed for school and I just had a hard time getting used to the Mac OS after not using Mac for years I can’t go back I guess.

Amazing lap top but for only 100 more o could’ve got the MacBook Pro salesman not good at upselling i would’ve rather got the MacBook Pro if i was informed

I love Apple products I had to upgrade to a new MacBook since my old one was starting to make a loud fan noice. But this one is Soo nice I love it!!!

I like my 2009 Mac a lot better. This version doesn’t have iTunes and I’m old school! Some of my favorite features are missing :(

Bought this to replace my wife's 7-year old macbook air. The transitions was easy and she is very happy with the new device. It has more memory and storage than her old macbook.

Purchased this laptop on Nov. 28, 2020...it is now Jan. 27, 2021 and the screen has small bubbles in it, which is a sign that the LED-backlit screen with IPS technology is deteriorating. And I've only had it for less than 2 months!

My wife loves the computer, but there were issues with the screen only a week after buying it. Other than that she likes it.

Good laptop for my high schooler. She is not a fan of the school issued iPad.

Screen is lousy and the warranty will not be honored

Bought 2019 model and screen randomly broke after 18 months. I thought I had dropped it so then I purchased a second MacBook Pro and that screen broke after 6 months. This is a common issue with this model. On new MacBook, I closed the MacBook, put it away and next day there was a crack on the screen. Do not buy!! Had previous MacBook Pro for 7 years and it never had damage.

What can I say? It’s a Mac. And as good as a Mac can be. I like the larger screen. Upgraded from an 11 inch to this 13 inch screen. I also love the added touch login feature.

Item was in wrong color advertised & tape used to secure it was gaudy. Could have used a better method of packaging. No bags available either.

Very confusing set-up. I know there are a lot of shortcuts and options that would be helpful if tech support explained better.

This has been the worst shopping experience that I’ve ever had online. I ordered 12/8, was supposed to receive it by 12/14 and still have not gotten it. I’ve called five times, and was given the run around each time by people who are obviously scripted and not even employed directly by your company. It’s impossible to call directly to a store because it goes to a oversea call center. The person on chat assured it would reship and get here by Christmas but still nothing. It’s a shame that they would take someone’s money and not provide a product or a refund and then therefore preventing a gift from being given to someone for Christmas.

i only had one problem, i cant open it with one hand

It was a great investment. Only thing is I can’t watch movies like Netflix. Hulu. Ect..
