I think it is an overpriced laptop that I do not know what my son uses it for when he already has a regular laptop. I guess he likes it.

This is my first apple computer and I am absolutely in love with it. I love that my phone links with it. Any pictures or items in my phone can be retrieved on my laptop.

Expected a little more with this product from Apple. For the price there are other brands that probably have more and do more. So far the battery life is ok

I was thrilled to get the Mac Air M1 chip at a discount. Unfortunately it smelled of mildew so I took it a Mac authorized repair to be checked out. By the time I paid to have it checked it was no longer a discount but more than I would have paid elsewhere.

I have find Better price and better items in other websites

Purchased as Open Box Excellent in September. The accessories weren’t working and I went in and had replaced. It was turned on and put away until Christmas as a gift. First day using it it keeps crashing and giving errors. I was told there is a motherboard issue causing it. How can something be open box excellent only to be broken upon first use? disgraceful business practice as it’s no longer returnable? And something I thought would be new didn’t have a warranty.

The was an open box. When I got home the battery health was already down to 92%. Took it right back

Great purchase having some issues with the keys. I type one letter and three different letters appear. I will take to Geek squad.

I had the 2017 MacBook Air and it’s smaller than that I am getting use to it though if I’m tempted I may get the 14” Mac Pro. YOU DEFINITELY NEED A CASE FOR IT

i like the laptop but i did not like best buy policy becuase immediately after i bought price went down by $50. Bestbuy should be refund me that.

Apple's typical give and take on new products or upgrades. Some things added, some good some bad, other things removed that I have grown used to.

I had to return 3 times to resolve problems with transferring from my Macbook Pro. The issues were more than the average Geek Squad person was knowledgeable of. It required 3 trips to the store from a city 20 minutes away. AND, the salesperson, Kris, told us to bring our printer, router, other laptops, and iMac with us when we came to swap out the Macbook Pro for the Macbook Air. TOTALLY unnecessary according to your Geek Squad staff.!!!!!!!!

Good laptop for my college needs. It does turn off randomly on time but other than that, it’s a perfect laptop.

Slow computer repair needs. The computer will not work properly for programming
