Too small for me, I have Microsoft surface 3 laptop, I personally prefer Microsoft surface, I returned this MacBook Air.

I have been unable to initiate. It is stuck on one screen. It apparently keeps running when I close the lid because it won’t hold a charge. Every time I call I get someone I can’t understand and I get nowhere. I’ve been advised to contact Geek Squad, but I shouldn’t have to pay to get new equipment running.

I'm not sure why this is here. Someone hacked my account and tried to purchase 2 of these online. I had gotten a new card because of a previous fraud incident a few days before, and this purchase was made before I even got the card itself! Besides, I'm a Google/PC guy. Sounds a little fishy. Got alerted to the purchase and was able to stop it before it shipped. If you don't have purchase alerts set up on your charge cards, do it now. It saved me a lot of hassle.

NOT ABLE TO ATTACH OTHER MOUSES TO LAPTOP. BROUGHT A MOUSE THAT DOES NOT WORK.

Average computer not the best experience so far. The device could be better at times due to lagging issues

I like using Best Buy's Totaltech for all my purchases. Getting a Mac through Best Buy guves you TotalTech and Apple Care.

It really is good at getting the job it needs to oaccomplished

The only complaint about this computer is that it will not load my pictures from my iPhone or the cloud so that I can save them on my portable drive and the whole process to save the pictures is complicated. This is the whole reason I bought the computer and now I can’t save my pics.

I've had this laptop for 3-4 years. The display spontaneously failed about a month ago without anything being done to it. Literally I was working on it and went to the bathroom. I came back to my laptop and the screen had lost pixels all over. No crack to the actual screen. There has been no drop or accident. Don't buy it or buy it and keep insurance (Apple Care+) on it because I read this is a big problem with this laptop.

I wanted an air and this is what they gave me and I have medical Condition where I can’t feel my fingers on my right hand and makes me very difficult to double tap and I wish I brought this back in enough time but I didn’t because I wasn’t here I wish I was

As all apple it is great and great to work on it on the move
