I have two desktops, and this laptop is terrible

After she handed us over to Geek, all was downhill.Led to believe all work would be completed on 1 appt to transfer. Three appts, seven days, 3-140 miles,& 3 tanks of gas later, Geek ref shuffled round 15 minutes, was less than personable, offered next to no explanation about what was done, & less than nothing as to what wasn't. Big mistake. 1,300 later, I know zero about my new laptop. CEO'S WEBSIGHT professes, "Integrity, extreme focus on extreme customer service & satisfaction. Really!! Manifested by our experience, I'd say they fell short of their expectations. Bad,bad,bad. NEVER NEVER,NEVER AGAIN ! BEST BUY.......1st& last time. Integrity my butt!

I ordered a MacBook Air which was supposed to be delivered today (3/4/2024), but I did not receive it. When I checked the tracking, it says the item was returned by someone. The carrier probably took it someone else's home and returned it, I am not sure. I have to wait for them to receive the item back to process my refund. In short, I do not have the laptop which I needed so badly nor do I have my refund! What a shame!!!
