My Mac died after 3 uses. I have windows machines that work better and last longer. I own other Apple products but who can afford to speed this much money, time and again on a paper weight.

Brand new. With issues. My space bar freezes out of the blue. I bought Microsoft office and created an account, added the code, and it’s locked. Since office has no actual tech support and the space bar issues I’ve debated on returning it.

Waited over 2 weeks to do an in store pick up, delayed for over 5 days, worst customer experience on the app and couldn’t even call the actual store they weren’t taking calls apparently. Day came to pick it up took over 40minutes to give 3 people there products. Worker just decided to help someone else who didn’t even bother getting in line and waiting like the rest of us and had to wait until they were done to continue with us.

It stopped working and I’m very upset. My daughter needed this computer for college.

I will NEVER buy another Mac Air - It will not print - after multiple calls to Apple - printer will print with older MAC AIR , BUT NEW ONE - says Encryption certificate has EXPIRED! No One can fix this NEW Apple Encryption PROBLEM - after HOURS on the phone with APPLE. - HP printer is only about 2 years old and OLD MAC prints easily to it!!!!

Ordered laptop and Best Buy messed the delivery address. Waited two weeks and nothing. Best Buy did not replace or fix but rather refunded money for less money I paid. They said I have to go back to store and repurchase. Terrible!!!!

Ok Computer, but did not come up with any of the windows programs . Won’t be buying another one in the near future

Great deal on sale for $799, but had to go for the M2 chip instead, so returned it.

to difficult to use windows is much simpler to understand

Salesman good but misleading. Service desk staff not helpful; just pass to next. Geek squad not helpful and uncaring!

All good. The machine is used by my daughter. Appreciate the team in the store.

Received a Geek Squad “certified” apple laptop that was NOT even looked at by Geek Squad. Still had previous owner’s information, log in, couldn’t access computer at all. I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to come in store and paid extra for expedited shipping only to receive a non-functional computer and waste my time going to store to get it cleared and your so called “certification”.

I prefer the MacBook Pro and Apple desktop. I went pass the window to return it or I would have returned it.

It was a good laptop but not what I need for class

I bought this Macbook for my nephew as a gift. So far he has not used it.

I purchased the i3 model prior to this one. The i3 ran super hot, the fans were louder than a tornado siren, and the battery life was horrible. I exchanged my old one for this beauty. The team at this store were super nice, very helpful, and was cheerful. I charged this battery up and worked from 5:30 am to 7 pm with a mix of video, web surfing, programming, and music. My battery left over was at only 48 percent or so. This machine is very fast, the display is so realistic. I have an Apple as my wallpaper, and I find myself licking my screen throughout the day because of how realistic the display is. Thank you Apple and Best Buy.

It's pretty expensive and slow. I guess the 8GB RAM doesn't let you work smoothly. Whenever I opened about 10 tabs at once, messages kept popping out as insufficient memory space. 8GB RAM for a 750 USD laptop in 2023 is unreasonable by Apple.
