Not happy with this purchase. There are so many limits to what you Can do.

It was an open box, but it missed the power charger. I went to ask and they wanted me to buy a new power adapter instead of adding one. How can you charge a laptop without a charge it is like buying a phone without battery.

Randomly shuts down and apple pretends it's not happening, even if you have AppleCare, do not buy

Awful screen paper thin and broke after barely any time.

It’s cool haven’t really used it much but I did notice the speakers were like messing up already.

It’s not all that. I can’t even send my reports for work. Because can’t open excel or Microsoft word

First time owning a laptop in awhile not the best experience with the mouse pad

The whole process of this laptop never showing up to my house and then it being marked “delivered” has been a nightmare. Now by the end of this week I will be nearly 30 days from when this fiasco happened and still I have not been reimbursed my 1284.49. I ended up buying the same laptop from a Best Buy competitor and had zero issues.

I would have to rate this product with 5 stars. I did weeks and weeks of research before buying this MacBook Air M1. Initially I was looking to buy the MacBook Air M2 for school (college courses), because the M2 was the latest model of the MacBook Air that was out. I finally decided on the M1 mainly because of price, fanless design, and who cares. By who cares I mean, unless you are using this as a video server or to make music, this is by far the best laptop under $1000 that you can buy

Apple makes good products, happy with the purchase.

This computer was defective and after 2 days with Apple support and Best Buy, I was only offered 10% discount on another. I guess it’s better than nothing.

I went to Best Buy because I have their credit card. They used to have a store near me. I needed to replace my broken laptop and I chose a MacBookAir. They did not have it in stock so they took my money and promised to get it to me inside of 2 days. 5 days later I had the new machine and I'm still learning how to use it.

My $4k MacBook broke and the recall was out of date so I was forced to buy a new laptop. Why did you do this to me Apple? X86 is a massive pain on this. Buy Intel don’t do silicon. Lesson learned. Gonna buy a windows machine and run Linux instead.

Great all around laptop. Lightening quick speed light weight, and the space gray color is nice. Very powerful laptop. Glad I caught it on flash sale for $799!!!

Not what I expected it was my first time ever buying a MacBook and it doesn’t do half the stuff I need it to do for tattooing I should of done my research a little better so it’s not MacBooks fault it’s mine

I had the computer for less than a week when it started randomly shutting down and the speakers were making a crackling noise anytime I played audio. I was able to take it to the Apple store for repair but i'm very dissatisfied in best buy for selling me a faulty product. Next time I will purchase directly from Apple.

This computer is not worth purchasing. The changes made to the software is not compatible with older computers. I was told to buy a USB adapter to transfer my photos from my phone to this computer, it doesn’t work.
