Can’t seem to hookup more than 1 external monitor for a power laptop like this.

Brah the sound doesn’t work anymore just tire of spending money

Quiet, fast, portable as ever. I read some reviews online and even got told by the BestBuy employee that this could not handle Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. I bought it anyways to test it out because I had yet to even read a bad review, and ironically, reviews actually stating otherwise. I already edited my first video at 1080p with quality from my A7 IV and GM lenses.

I am very disappointed that this Macbook will only support 1 additional monitor. It was honestly something I never even thought to question.

Died after less than 2 years with no hope of fix by Geek Squad because it no longer charged or turned on.

Bought this Apple laptop because I had purchased a IPod and wanted to be able to have the same apps on both so that I could switch between the laptop and IPod - come to find out this can not be done - since the apps are not the same on both - now will have to try sell it.

Bought it as a gift for my injured wife. The item doesn't even work. It was unbelievable and i was in overseas. Best buy has the worst customer service when you have a problem.

I’ve been trying for weeks to get this computer going and am still stuck on the intro screen... I finally got it past the intro screen to find that it had set me up with about accounts.... my password doesn’t work on any of them and my Apple ID password doesn’t work either

I only bought this so I can look cool and fit in. I honestly have not hated a product this much- it’s overpriced. There are better laptops out there for cheaper- it’s definitely not worth your money. My shuts down and has a pink little screen on side.

still trying to get it setup. started setup in Anchorage and was in the middle of it and traveling overseas! I think that travel may have affected the setup as it tracks locations and uses different things for arears???

I was supposed to get 10% off I activated today I did not get and a Disney 20% off when I said I paid it off right when I get the belt it wasn't a bite. I am returning it tomorrow for a full refund.

Needing to exchange or return. Every time I pull up Gmail or any good program, my computer freezes. Very bummed. Love my apple products but this one has been nothing but trouble.

I bought this as an open box Item. Geek Squad did go thru it but they could have cleaned the item. The Macbook had dog hair in it and was very dirty. I do understand OPEN BOX, but there should be a quick cleaning. I did return and bought new.

Not even a week old, free of dust and debris. Space bar decided to stick. Unsure why. After tapping the space bar again, it started functioning normally. Not so happy at the moment.

The display broke twice and I have had this computer for less than a year. Not a robust design.

Didn’t care for this laptop is too difficult to work and it was supposed to be touchscreen, but it was too hard to make it connects to your finger. I would not buy it I returned it.

During setup the laptop locked up and wouldn't let me back in. I tried to sign in, but it refused to accept my password and locked me out for 10 days. Horrible experience! As soon as I got it unlocked and functioning I returned.
