Macbook Air Laptop Same specs. as $400 Dell or HP laptop. Plus i found more apps for Windows. Not sure why buy this super $$$ laptop if you can have same quality/specs for almost half $.

Poor build quality. Screen breaks really easily. Do not recommend for teens. responsible adults only.

Please don’t buy this computer. This has been the most wasted amount of money I’ve ever spent on a computer. It has never worked correctly. Restarts constantly on its own. I’ve taken it to the Apple store multiple times and they’ve told me it’s fixed only for it to begin doing the same things just a couple of days later. I could go on. I will never purchase another Mac again.

There was a problem with the laptop so I went to Bestbuy and got it replaced with the same model and that one works fine.

Screen stopped working after 3 months. Apple charged over $400 to repair it.

I’ve had the Apple Mac air for about 3 1/2 years now which I bought at NestBuy, and suddenly will not boot up after taking it to the Apple Store. They indicated it was a logic board failure and would cost $500. After doing a quick Google search there a lot of articles where other MacBook airs were having the exact same issue with these failures and Apple not standing behind the product. I now have a very expensive paperweight.

my old macbook died, so I went and bought a new one with the M1 chip. This is ABSOLUTE JUNK. Both of my printers dont work because H P has not updated the Drivers. It Seems that Apple should be updating drivers so everything that you had before Works. DONT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WILL BUY ALL NEW PRINTERS AND ANY OTHER OFFICE EQUIPMENT, BECAUSE IT WILL NOT WORK. I AM GOING BACK TO WINDOWS

I had an iMac for 10 yrs, loved it! It died and I bought this. I HATE IT!! I do music production. Nothing works for this computer. My $1000 audio interface isn't working with it. My $1000s of plugins are hit n miss. I HATE THIS LAPTOP!! My business has stopped this week because of it. If nothing resolves with tech support tomorrow, I will be returning it and buying an older MacBook.

Your advertisement is misleading. it says Latest model, but when checked in store - its 2020. just a cheap and misleading ad gimmick. Bad for brands like best buy.

Its a valubale purchase I wold say who has all the apple products.

The computer was not delivered when it said it would, then tried calling customer service- spent over an hour on the phone to get nowhere. Once the computer arrived the camera for FaceTime is not clear and appears to be blurry.

Garbage laptop for a premium price. I've had this computer since February and it SO slow! I tried everything from cleared cache, removing all unnecessary programs, and using safari only but I can't even get Google to load! Ive contacted Apple multiple times but they claim it's running as it should. My 2013 MacBook pro runs faster than is.

Bought on Black Friday in 2020 and received in 3 weeks. Started showing vertical lines on display within 4 weeks. Apple claims that they are physical damages and denied warranty coverage. Had to pay $400 to repair. What a joke. Very disappointed quality of Apple product.

Too small, for work I won’t recommend, 15 in will be a good screen

BestBuy is joking about us. I ordered one Macbook for my kid's new semester, then the order is cancelled, the answer is because of the credit card, then I re-ordered it with anther credit card. It is cancelled again. It is only joking my family. I hope I can get an appropriate answer about it. It is not acceptable.

Doesn’t work less than a month later. Also bad process getting it, said I would get it in 2 hours then had to wait over a day.

Batter life is a joke and is absolute trash after only having it for about 5 months it dies at 40% quite sad for how expensive this laptop is I recommend getting something that is actually reliable not this.

Less than two weeks, they have new lower price and no price match for my MacBook
