Slow and battery dies pretty fast

unfair charges

I brought the l laptop for a minor user error , the laptop is still under full warranty ,the technician manages to charge me 40 dollars stating that this was not covered under my warranty after spending literally five minutes to fix the screen by touching one button that if he had told me I could have done it.
