Best MacBook Air yet. Lightweight and rarely have to charge it

I bought this at Best Buy rather then Apple because it was a better deal with the student discount. I love that it has no fan because it's so quiet. The battery life is amazing considering I'm coming from a Dell Inspiron laptop and the battery life only lasted me 3 or 4 hours at most. overall I'm happy with my purchase I won't be doing hard editing or anything like that, just mainly school so this is great for me.

Bought it for my son for school. It’s compact, lightweight, and has a long battery life.

I was looking for a portable machine with decent power and a long battery life. I'm not an Apple guy; I'm flexible. There are other machines out there with similar specs in some regards: size, power, and battery. There is nothing out there that has all three for this cost. There's a reputation for these being expensive, but that's not the case with my purchase at Best Buy. I am 100% happy with this purchase.

I had an older model of the MacBook Air and this new one I got is a complete upgrade! It is fast and powerful. I am amazed at the crispness of the graphics and how great the color looks. M1 chip is very worth it. Would highly recommend!

My first MacBook Air - upgraded from an older HP to this Apple product and so far, finding the transition fairly smooth. There are definite differences and it isn't as intuitive as I imagined it would be, so still in major learning mode at this point. I love the size, weight and keyboard feel. Screen, video and audio components are excellent. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Has met my expectations after returning from a windows gaming laptop. Powerful enough for my needs and is better than the M2 Air with the 256 GB SSD. The 512 GB M2 air addresses the issues but way out of my price range. I do miss the screen real estate I had with my 17" Lenovo Legion. But battery life has been great.

Upgraded from a 2014 MacBook Air. Significant increase in battery life, speed, ease of multitasking, and much more. Great for full time students with online lectures and taking lots of notes. Also, easy and fluid ecosystem when paired with other Apple products.

After half a decade, I finally bought a Macbook Laptop. I always looked at Apple products like fine art. Nice to look at but..... Believe all the positive reviews. If you are on the fence, just go into a store, and put your eyes, and hands on one. Then make your way over the the PC section. Do the same. You will understand pretty quickly the quality difference. Scared because you never used Mac OS before, dont be. You could teach your grandmother how to navigate this OS. It is very clean and, can be super new user friendly or, get as techy as you want with all the endless keyboard shortcuts, applications, and all the endless things this device would just blow right through. It is completely silent, and always cool to the touch, which makes it outstanding when actually using it on your lap. Crazy right? The battery life is outstanding and I have been averaging in between 15 - 17 hours off of a single charge. Screen On Time, not just idle. I wish I could tell you that also but, I use too often to let it sit for days. Also, there was nothing in my normal everyday use that even makes this device hiccup. It is unbelievably fast. I could go on and on. If you are looking at Windows laptops at the same price range, or even a bit higher, I would highly recommend you look at these also. Unless you are married to Windows, you are doing yourself a disservice by not checking these out.

M1 Macbook Air is Excellent. It's lightweight, fast, and the battery is a beast.
