    The computer I purchased works great now. There were some glitches and the store manager (Joseph in the Thousand Oaks CA store) was great and very supportive and was able to resolve the issues. The "Geek" department has much to be desired and needs an attitude adjustment. I think they forget that their role is to be supportive.     Excellent and beyond my hopes. This is a huge improvement over my, well, 12-year-old Mac desktop. The techs were extremely helpful. It seems to do everything that I am hoping to do for music and video archiving projects of family photos and films. Highly recommended.

    I have had this since August and I don't regret upgrading from my 2015 11" Macbook Air. Everything works much better, faster, but I seriously didn't wish to change because I was used to my old one, but my fear was my 11" would go up or have some kind of "death" before having a chance to get a new one. I'm happy I didn't wait to do so. No regrets.
