All good so far. Like it. Just what I needed to work with. I drive trucks for a living and it’s just the right size.

I am fairly new to operating the MacBook. It has been a struggle transitioning from an Hp but I honestly think it’s worth it. I was very found of how my laptop folded into a tablet but with learning about the MacBook and all it has to offer I would say it’s far better in terms of material, space, & accessibility. I have always had other apple products such as the phones, earphones, & watch and figured it was time to make the switch. I’m happy with my purchase over all it will definitely help with completing all academic and personal task

I love my Mac book and it’s still holding up. The sound is great as well as the picture. It’s been a great tool for school and personal organization.

This is my first Mac laptop & I love it! It was delivered 2 day earlier and it is beautiful! However It did glitch once but I haven’t had any other issues so far.

Got this laptop just because, and i love it. 2 years old when i bought it and it still does its job never had any issues or had to replace anything. def recommend

I am IN LOVE with this computer! There are some really cool new features, such as screen sharing with your iPad. The picture on this computer screen is incredible! I purchased the "gold" version (which looks more pink) but I love it. I am expecting this MacBook to take me through the next decade.

This product does not have the battery life Apple employees purported it to have. In addition, I have had all of my applications shut down because of what Apple employees say is a RAM issue. The account manager runs out of memory, a message tells me, even though I have almost nothing on the computer and I don't run many applications at once. Hours of phone calls with Apple have not led to any solutions, and Apple has not followed up as promised. When I brought up the community page listing others with the same issue, I was told that Apple does not see these as a problem affecting many people.

Excellent deal and excellent computer! I bought this for my daughter who’s in high school staring college applications. BB had a Mother’s Day sale so the price was good! Glad to have purchased it!

It was on Black Friday that I bought this so you can only imagine how busy it was. The man was so very kind and patient even tho the store was crawling with people.

We purchased this for our son who is heading off to college. This will suite him perfectly as he finds his way through the next several years.

So far so good a month in. Much faster from my previous MacBook. Only thing that is annoying/downside is the quality of the webcam. Everything else has been great.

I love the functionality , I just did not realize that a 13 inch screen would be so difficult to use , I attached a tandem monitor ,

Mac Air is great! All good there but we did end up with a web root virus charge on my credit card that I did not sign up for?!

I went in to buy a Apple air laptop and the guy who helped me seemed like all he cared about was up selling me. I wanted more product info it was a big purchase for me. A little disappointing. Even down to the case he tried to sell me the most expensive without even asking probing questions. It was extremely impersonal. I had to reach myself how to use the computer. Next time I will definitely go to the Apple store. My laptop works great however. So the actual product was great

It is very fast. For some reason, the fingerprint pad doesn't read my fingerprints very well. I usually have to use my password to log in.
