Amazing laptop. Does everything and more! Use with Apple TV as a second screen instantly!

Excellent laptop..just wish I had asked or been told it is not touch screen…

We have always purchased our computers/laptops from BestBuy and will continue to do so. The folks in the department are extremely well versed on all models and uses. Our latest purchase was a MacBook for our daughter, who will being heading off to college in the fall.

i like it but just like the other product it wasnt what i was asking for. the kid that sold it to be was very nice but what i needed was a laptop that would let me work in access data base. im using the laptop but like i said the main reason that i went in to buy was so i could make data bases. also im sure youve heard that in "notes" there problems.

I love the MacBook Air. After yrs and yrs of a PC, it was easy to get used to. The screen is a little small for me, so I opted for a large monitor for use on my desk. It is working out great for me.

Service that was given was excellent and very insightful. Everything was explained very clearly and he was very enthusiastic.

My first MacBook purchase. Very easy to use. Did not get any offering(free much or Apple TV) as promised with the purchase

Great! Though its the older model, it was still sold by Apple and lowest price online. My old Macbook (2011) lasted 12 years and was still going, just slow. I expect to get the same life out of this.

I have purchased this computer twice. We loved it . We just purchased this computer for my 11 year old daughter and I bought mine while I was completing university classes. Recommend this to everyone

Bought this computer for my granddaughter for college. She uses apple products and is very pleased with her Mac and all the things she can do

Great laptop, reliable, perfect for my college student

I’m giving the MacBook 4 stars. However Best Buy gets 1/5. I received the Mac as an open box-excellent condition. I opened the box and immediately notice how dirty the laptop was. There were smudges and fingerprints on the exterior and screen. A small scratch at the bottom including scuff marks. Again it stated excellent condition. The screen popped on with a user name and password lock. SMH. I was able to get into the laptop and immediately erased and reset it. I cleaned it up too. So after all that it seems to be working fine now.

It computes likes it’s supposed to do. It has not changed my life but it does meet expectations.

Well worth the price!!! Upgrading to the laptop has been wonderful.

At the current $799 price, this is a fabulous value. Before Apple Silicon processors, the entry level was to be avoided. Since the M1 MacBook Air only hard core users need automatically upgrade.

Was in the need of a new computer. Had a Dell but the rest of the family had macs. I decided to join them and I couldn't be happier. Very easy to use, love the clarity of the screen, and the size of it. Did not feel lost without my old Dell computer.

Andrew is an excellent salesman. He carefully reviewed all the apple products for me clearly and concisely. He explained every plan that best buy has to offer without being pushy. He also honored my price match! This salesman deserves a raise!
