Excellent product purchased from a great Bestbuy in Christiansburg. I would go there again for similar needs.

It was an open box item which I thought it would be as good as new as the description stated as excellent. There were quite a few scratches and scuffs on the edges. The battery cycle count was also at 94 which to me seemed as if someone had used it for quite a good while before returning. This should never have been an excellent open box.

Great laptop for basic needs and travel. The color and build all look great. Runs really well. But why no touch screen or gaming?

I love this laptop! I use a Dell laptop for work and there is no comparison — I look forward to switching to my Mac after work. The keyboard has nice action and the track pad is a pleasure to use. Using iCloud is like having a personal server.

The computer is working great. Love it. Had some problems transferring data, but all is good.

This laptop works just as it is expected to. No problems with it's operation. The only problem I have is that I purchased this laptop for $999 along with a few other things and a month later they are selling the same Mac for $899. Best Buy won't budge on any type of price match or instore credit for the difference in prices because I am outside of their one month return period. What a bummer....

Great laptop for child’s college. Had PC but Mac syncs with iPhone and IPad. Still uses windows laptop but for college, this Max is great.

It was a wonderful experience from help choosing what laptop and accessories I wanted to Geek Squad helping set up and add Microsoft programs to my new laptop. Both experiences were professional and helped answer all of my questions.
