    The product was great. However, when I received my bill I was charged a different price that was not the price quoted in the Black Friday promotion. I have tried to rectify this but have been unsuccessful. Can you help me?

    Seems like a quality product, but the learning curve from my WIN10 machine is huge. I am almost sorry I made the purchase. I especially do not like or understand the folder and file structure utilized by Apple as opposed to my WIN10 platform. I can only hope as time goes on that I will adapt to my new MAC Book Air. The jury is definitely still out.
