I am enjoying the ease and efficiency of my new laptop. The M1 chip provides more speed for the tasks involved. I love the color (rose gold) and the light touch on the keyboard.

The employees at this store were more than helpful assisting in making sure I got what I needed. I was originally coming so geek squad could check out my laptop as it crashed on my days before. I ended up needing a new laptop which was recommended I get the MacBook Air instead of Pro based on my setup. I was more than happy with my service.

Bought this for my sister for her birthday. She loves it. Uses it for her school-work and it has really been an upgrade to the school-issued laptops. No complaints.

this computer can't handle more than one browser open at a time without the responsiveness being impaired. I get a "this webpage is using significant amount of energy. Closing it may improve the responsiveness of the Mac." ...and I'm not even using large capacity webpages- I'm a college student and I'm using Canvas, or Quizlet. Before I bought this computer, I spoke with a Best Buy representative and told them that I need a computer that can run my apps without issue, as my last computer (a 2010 Mac) crashed when I was using one photoshop app. He said the 8GB of ram on an M1 Chip should be enough to process everything smoothly...and its not. This crappy MacBook is only good if you don't use it! maybe opening a small word document, or just occasional shopping, but not a good computer if you have a legitimate need for a computer.

I absolutely LOVE my MacBook Air. Keystrokes are a breeze while keyboard is the perfect size to use. The screen makes reading easy. I would strongly recommend this computer.
