While the new M1 chip does make this the fastest Mac I have used, the transfer of the files and apps and HD from my old Mac Airbook using Time Machine was problematic. The digital HD on the new make became inaccessible to me as it only gave me (as the owner and administrator) of the new Mac, read-only privileges! Consequently, the contents of my old HD had to be stored in a folder on the new Desktop. The new digital HD only contains the new system and library files and I am not able to move any other files into that location!

I LOVE having a MacBook! It is so much easier to use when it comes to editing my photos in Lightroom and I am so use to apple products alone. I also like how small it is compared to the older generation MacBooks.

This is the best student laptop. It starts up within seconds and the battery lasts all day. Apps open extremely clicks and close quickly too.

I am so glad that I have a Macbook it was my first time ever and it was the best decision that I made so far.

I purchased this laptop for my 14 year old granddaughter's Christmas gift. She absolutely loves it. I hope she's able to use it through high school. I don't know anything about the battery life but assume it's a good one.

This is a very nice laptop. I own one, and this purchase was for a family member. Neither of us has had any problem using them. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this laptop for my college classes and it's great!! It arrived on time and the battery life is good. But I've only had the laptop for a month but so far so good.

This MacBook Air is excellent, really easy to setup and use. Screen resolution is great and has excellent quality and features. Has enough connections available and very easy to travel. A must buy for any type of use. Highly recommended.

This MacBook is powerful enough for 90% of people using computers. Great choice for the money. Probably the most powerful laptop at its price point.

Fantastic laptop, best I've used in a long time and great form factor. The M1 chip is a game changer and this MacBook Air can hold it's own even with my MacBook Pro that I purchased at about the same time. Buy with absolute confidence. A real powerhouse.

I absolutely love the new macs with the M1 processor! These really are great value for your money and run speedy fast. I can see myself owning this computer for a very long time. If you are already apart of the Apple eco system, this is a worthy upgrade.

Replaced a 10 year old Mac Book Pro. Not enough USB ports, had to spend additional money on the multi port extension. Why is apple always trying to extract every last cent from customers.

Great MacBook for the price. Replaced a 2017 MacBook Pro and the M1 Air does everything I ask of it.

This laptop is excellent! Screen resolution is phenomenal! And speakers work very well! Also laptop is super speedy, startup takes about 10 seconds.

As always, Apple produced a good product. I bought this as a backup and travel laptop since everything is in the cloud. Nop point in getting a MacBook Pro.

love this MacBook Air! sleek and very easy to carry with you where ever you go. I use it over my I pad. make sure you buy the connections you need because you only have 2 usb c connection ports. they make adapters for everything

Best lap top I’ve used in years. I was never a fan of apple and once I got my hands on this everything changed.

Loved how it looks, is a little slow for heavy programs like autocad, or photoshop. But if you are planning to use it just for safari or websites is super good

I was hesitant on buying this one but I am obsessed. It is so chic and I love that I can use all of my apple related things on it especially messages. The color is absolutely gorgeous too so it’s very aesthetically pleasing.
