I was very grateful for the assistance of Alex, a member of your Geek Squad. He showed great patience with me, explaining the features of the new MacBook, and waiting while I figured out how to spread the unanticipated purchase over several credit cards and raiding my savings for my Grands' graduation presents.

MacBook 2021 too perfect, Apple never disappoints!

I own a Mac mini (2014) and a MacBook Air with Intel chip besides other Apple devices. I bought this new new MacBook Air with the new Apple M1 chip (2021 model) for my daughter and wow, this is a big improvement to previous models (note that this review is for the MacBook Air 8GB memory - 256GB SSD as described). My daughter has the previous model with the Intel chip that was stolen, unfortunately, and she also realized about the difference in the response speed and the overall better user experience. Nothing less than expected, just great!
