    First one was a lemon. If the cursor and keyboard freeze whenever it sleeps, you're not going crazy, it's defective. After I swapped it out we couldn't be happier.

    Runs at an adequate speed. Does what i need it to.i like being able to track it in case it gets lost or stolen. The picture is a little misleading imo. Not so much gold as it is pink.

    Product is great. Overall experience with Best Buy was poor. Ordering online and picking up was an easy process. There were too many side rules on price match which was very unpleasing. Ended up taking the computer back to purchase somewhere else for a lower price.
