This computer has helped me so much. I had one previously as well and when it finally crashed on me, Best Buy helped me find this one

Great laptop but runs out of memory quickly. Keys are not great and the Force Touch pad is not that nice to use but there are ways around it.

The product seems good. The geek squad were excellent. The packaging for shipping was bad. It arrived in beat up box, no packing material around it, said it encountered hazardous materials. But the Geek Squad helped me out and now I'm learning.

I purchased this for my spouse to replace a completely obsolete iPad Air (at least 10 years old). It's a good machine, but right now, she hates the track pad. So, I'll purchase an external mouse and see how things go. The learning curve has been an issue as well. This is more of an Apple thing, NOT a Best Buy thing.

I bought this for my small Buisness, it’s easy to connect to all my stuff , easy to navigate , the major thing I dislike about this is that it gets hot fast , if I have it on my lap it gets hot and burns my lap not to the point that I need medical attention but it’s in comfortable I have to move it off , but even using in a table it gets hot

Great Mac and good deal . I bought two , one for me and one for my daughter and we are enjoying them . Nice color and big screen .

Downgraded from 5 to 4 stars due to the lack of a USB port. Apples method of trying to force customers into purchasing accessories.

The product was awesome. Its same as shown in the pictures.. i loved it.. its my second same purchase. I will keep buying from best buy.

I was replacing basically the same device that was only 8 years old and was running just fine except it did not have enough storage to be able to update. This new device has twice the storage, but it will probably not be enough to update somewhere out there in the future. Other than that I am well pleased with Apple products as well as this device.

Such an upgrade from my 2016 Macbook! The touchpad for the thumbprint makes such a difference and the system is so efficient!

I love Mac books. Very easy to use. I live purchasing items from bestbuy because I know if I have issues with anything, I can go back to them.

Super easy to use with unbelievable Apple Support! I use this for work and had issues installing a program. Apple spent the time with me over the phone, helping me to install a non-Apple program. Extremely helpful and kind.

Laptop is what I expected. Needed for normal computer work and it does the job .

It was an open box item which I thought it would be as good as new as the description stated as excellent. There were quite a few scratches and scuffs on the edges. The battery cycle count was also at 94 which to me seemed as if someone had used it for quite a good while before returning. This should never have been an excellent open box.

This was a great affordable option for a college student.

Delivery came exactly as outlined. Product is well packaged and as a professional and sleek unboxing experience. I use it for school and it has served its purpose. Internet speed is great. Visual quality is great.
