Friendly staffs with excellent services….Best Buy is my most trusted place for electronic!!!

Needed a laptop for basic work and this one fit my needs. My last air lasted 7 years before I felt like I needed to upgrade and looking forward to this one lasting me a while too.

My first Apple MacBook loved it so much and how the Best Buy customer service helped me with my order.

Still learning how to use it. So far the computer does what I ask of it.

I bought my girls the mac books and they use them for school. We had to get an adapter so they could plug normal USB items in but that works and they are great!

The new MacBook Air is a great upgrade from an older MacBook Air. The wife loves it.

My granddaughter finished high school , going off to college.She wanted a new laptop. What's a Grandfather to do!

In general, I love to buy home-use Macbook Airs from Best Buy when they go on sale. I refresh them once in about 4-5 years. This computer worked perfectly -- for about 6 months. And the display failed. I took it to Apple store where they repaired it for free (they had to ship it out and then ship it back to my home!). I am hoping no more display issues again!

Awesome deal on this computer! Love it! I’m an Apple user so it went perfectly with all my apps and work I do online.

The product is fine, I haven’t experienced any issue besides when I first tried setting up a profile. I was experiencing issues where it wasn’t allowing me to create an account and when I would reset it, there would be multiple accounts that I tried creating that I would be locked out from. But I got some help with a friend who figured it out. It might have had something to do with entering your Apple ID.

Air book is very nice. I’m glad I bought one. Highly recommend this to everyone

The first one I got had to be returned after two days. Faulty computer. Then there were problems transferring the data from my previous MacBook. The first six days I owned this computer I was at BestBuy five of those days. The tech and a couple of the counter guys who waited on me each day were very good with an old guy whom is only so so computer literate.

Great product, very fast haven't had any issues other than my backspace button started to feel a bit tight.

Excellent product of course. Upon opening, I could feel my social status improving. After 1 week, felt slightly superior to the rest of the public. That's the apple way.

I got this same one for my daughter and she loved it so much I had to get one for myself.

Bought for my daughter she really love it. It came out n her favorite color which is a plus and it fits down in her bag

The computer itself is great. But changing from a PC to an Apple is not proving to be a great experience. It will take quite a while before I can really judge the MacBook on its own merits.

Great service and very quick, especially in the holiday season! My wife loved the gift!
