The service was great. Professional yet very personable.Had to drive to Morgantown but worth every mile of travel. Best Buy is the way to go

The only thing is when you open it the computer turns on and I wish u could use your finger print to log in after it turns back on instead of having to enter a password.

It does everything I was looking for and runs quick. Just be aware unless you use a Best Buy credit card you won’t get points but aside from that it’s fantastic!

This computer is perfect for my needs. Small, lightweight, and very responsive. Did not know what I was missing. Battery life is impressive and it comes alive instantly. Once you learn some of the shortcuts and figure out the touchpad gestures, this thing is a dream. The bonus was finding it for $799 on sale.
