The computer I purchased works great now. There were some glitches and the store manager (Joseph in the Thousand Oaks CA store) was great and very supportive and was able to resolve the issues. The "Geek" department has much to be desired and needs an attitude adjustment. I think they forget that their role is to be supportive. A still excellent lightweight laptop, with a good screen, comfortable keyboard, and long battery life. Although not as fast as the new and outstanding M2 MacBook Air (which finally has a better camera), this is still a reliable, speed demon for general work and internet at a more affordable price point (and it's often now on sale).

Apart from occasional freezing with simple MatLab code which worked fine on my ASUS laptop, no concerns. Excellent battery life and display. Generally very response.

Still learning how to maneuver thru my MacBook Air-but I am enjoying the ease of the keyboard. And I can hardly feel it on my lap, it is so light and thin!! Perhaps BB has some teaching classes at location? Would be nice. I am happy with my purchase !

Have been in the Apple Ecosystem for a while. This computer is perfect. The OS and hardware are top notch. Plenty fast and battery life is long. If your coming from s windows machine dont let the software discourage you. Just needs a case/cover.

I love the features of my new MacBook Air, but some things were quite different & it took awhile for me to get it together - now it's great. The computer i so lightweight & easy to travel with - also the price was a real deal!

Wow, I'm going 3 to 4 days now with constant usage between battery charges! I am very impressed with the new M1 chip MacBook Air. There's no need in buying the 13 inch MacBook Pro now--they have the same processor. Far and away the best MacBook Air ever--highly recommended!

Stunning and beautiful! Easy to use, and so much better than the earlier versions.

Apple introduced their M1 chip this past year. The chip is definitely solid performer, but I expect that this 1st generation chip will fade quickly from memory as new iterations are released. Besides the M1 chip, this MacBook Air design has been around for awhile and has proven track history. Although Apple has recently returned to the more dependable keyboard switch design, the rest of the computer feels a bit dated. It is my hope that the next release MacBook Air will finally include an updated design with options for faster processor, more RAM, additional USB-C ports, and the return of the MagSafe power.

Terrific laptop. Love the speed and the screen! The new M! chip really does the job.
