    This was suppose to be an Open-Box Excellent - Certified condition however it had some substantial scrtaches. If I had the option I would have returned to BestBuy to be replaced however it was purchased to be delivered in another state.

    I bought an “open box” MacBook Air , I specifically asked to look at it before I bought it so I could see if there was any damage, I was told no and there was no damage, well there was cosmetic damage!!!
