No issues with the laptop. All perfect and handles everything with ease.

My kids love them and will use them for various school activities that Chromebooks could not handle or keep up with. We are Apple people and this was an easy switch. These are lightweight but powerful and sturdy. Make sure to get a case and other add-ons to do HDMI, USB, etc.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have hardly used it but what I was able to realize is that if you do not put a protector on it it gets full of small scratches and I do not understand why since it is new from the factory it should not have these small scratches, which is why it is 100% recommended.

I'm new to the Apple family but it was no brainer when I wanted a new laptop, I wanted to get it from Best Buy since it was so easy and I was able to save some $$ due to the sale happening that week! I loved that it had an option for free shipping since I wasn't able to pick it up at my local Best Buy.

I’d say the volume is very loud when on max which is how i like.. but the finger id is the best part!!! :)))

The customer service at Best Buy was ok but I highly recommend to go into the store if you are looking to buy this and do not order it online. Best Buy's online system is terrible and I had a horrendous experience trying to get this laptop into my hands because of their flawed online system.
