This has been the perfect laptop replacement for me. I have had windows computers for years. But I recently got an iPhone and it's been really nice to be able to connect my Apple account to both the phone and the laptop. It's simple to use, and crash free! My perfect laptop.

This is my first MacBook and so far so good. Extremely simple to setup, very fast, battery lasts a long time and magic keyboard is very nice to type on. I have an iPhone and Apple Watch so their are some extra perks like being able to use iMessage across multiple devices and unlocking the MacBook using my watch. It’s a bit pricey if you are use to buying Windows PCs and Chromebooks but if you are a user of other Apple products then I would say it’s definitely worth buying.

Battery life and speed. This laptop is absolutely the best value in the market and my first Mac. I am 100% sold.

I bought this Mac Air for my daughter. When I turned it on it found my MacBook Pro on the same network and asked me if I wanted me to transfer my data to the Mac Air, I said yes and that went well, I then wanted to reinstall Big Sur and it said the Big Sur I was trying to install was too old. (I had just downloaded it) I read some Apple help that said try formatting the drive. That did not help. Then I deleted the partitions and nothing would work. It could not find an administrator. My daughter returned to Redding where I perched another Mac Air M1 and she picked it up. (I ordered it online and she is very happy.) I returned the original computer to the Best Buy in Soquel. It turned that I was in the Beta program that got transferred from my MacBook Pro and the new Air couldn't go back from the beta version. The Best Buy team went above the call of duty to help me. (unlike the Apple Store does.) I will always buy from Best Buy!!

Replaced my old MacBook Air (early 2014) w/this one! Very glad I did, it's remarkably fast and love the touch ID feature. Mac's aren't cheap, but considering I got 7 years out of the old one, they are worth the expense. Got a great deal on a new one at best buy and was treated very well and the Geek Squad did the data transfer and set up as part of the Total Tech package and I highly recommend the Total Tech as well!

Definitely worth the money. I upgraded from my MacBook Air 2017 to this model and it is an incredible laptop for what I need it for. The sound quality is amazing, the battery life is really good especially for streaming, and the Touch ID is an added bonus.

Love the new M1 MacBook Air 13". Would really recommend getting the MacBooks with M1 if in the market to purchase new laptop. Only recommendation would be to those that spend 8 hours+ straight working on laptop to get the MacBook Pro version since that one has the active cooling system. When I use the MacBook Air for 8 hours+ the laptop does start to noticeable get hot because of it's passive cooling system. Apple doesn't disappoint with both of these new MacBooks. :)

Had the previous year model of MacBook Air and this one was noticeable faster and with less noise. Very happy.

I bought this as a gift for my younger sister in high school. It is an excellent purchase for her to do her homework and prep for future college courses!

Extremely happy with this purchase. Was debating between the MacBook and a Microsoft laptop. I was concerned about the 13.3" size of this MacBook, but decided for my use a smaller device might be better. I had also read the Apple M1 chip was extremely fast. Turns out the chip is noticeably faster than my previous Macbook and my wife's Microsoft Surface laptop. Granted her laptop is a couple of years old, but then again it cost more.

No complaints product came as advertised,very easy to use looks fantastic,the product was easy to open out the box.
