Easy setup, works as expected and Apple always delivers quality products. Purchased AppleCare just in case anything happens. Had product about 1 month, no issues!

I like the computer. You don’t have to charge it for several days if you not watching movies. Very long charge life is a plus. What I feel Apple is not good is instructions how to use features. I have to go to Apple reps to get info which I don’t like. I prefer a instructional booklet. That’s just me!

Ive never ever had a Mac lqptop, however after having many different laptops and they have all gotten messed up within a year I figured why not get a mac, its so easy to use. Eberything euns smoothly, im able to so any thing I need to do while working from home. Its amazing, I absolutly do not regret making this purchase.

The M1 chip makes this computer lightening fast with any task you ask it to do!

this computer can't handle more than one browser open at a time without the responsiveness being impaired. I get a "this webpage is using significant amount of energy. Closing it may improve the responsiveness of the Mac." ...and I'm not even using large capacity webpages- I'm a college student and I'm using Canvas, or Quizlet. Before I bought this computer, I spoke with a Best Buy representative and told them that I need a computer that can run my apps without issue, as my last computer (a 2010 Mac) crashed when I was using one photoshop app. He said the 8GB of ram on an M1 Chip should be enough to process everything smoothly...and its not. This crappy MacBook is only good if you don't use it! maybe opening a small word document, or just occasional shopping, but not a good computer if you have a legitimate need for a computer.

Easy set up. Works great! Display looks good. The wife is happy.
