We are the first to say there definitely is an adjustment period. We called several times Apple Support. Some representatives were spot on. The others you can tell were reading from a script. I would definitely refer this laptop to anyone that is interested in switching are updating their laptop.

The M1 runs Intel apps faster than my older MacBook. Was skeptical about the 8GB ram but so far it has not been an issue.
