    My computer is broken. When I searched for a new computer online, I found that BestBuy is offering special offers and student discounts. I applied for an account but did not find the student discount and communicated with the online customer service. They patiently help me step by step to get the student discount. I am satisfied with my new computer and use it in class.

    Our MacBook has performed flawlessly since our purchase. It is fast and the display is just beautiful, very rich color and great resolution. I am also pleasantly surprised by the sound of the onboard speakers. It took me a long time, and several other laptops over the years, to be willing to cough up the extra dough for an Apple, but I’m glad I did. Wish I would have done so sooner.

    Our new computer is well-designed and comfortable to use. It was easy to configure and we appreciate its newer features, such as the fingerprint access and the touch-bar for volume-control and brightness. I was helped in my purchase by a knowledgeable sales-person, who took time to explain my options to me before I chose a model. I had a good purchasing experience.

    Great super fast, use it for music and design. Only issue is the usual Big Sur update and non intel platform. Lots of applications are not ready for the change - like logic plugins. Native Instruments and so on. Don’t fret they will soon, go ahead and buy this, the 8GB ram is faster than my 16GB ram MacBook Pro 2015.
