Not enough storage tried to return it and was out of city, called in and the representative said can only return today. Now I am stuck with it

Purchased 3 for gifts. Very light, compact, and well constructed.

Product is good, but return policy used to be 30 days while in this case… giving only 10 days. Means where on earth we are living in!

Bestbuy let a hacker buy this junk computer on my account and has the cyber security of a website set up by a middle schooler. Avoid shopping with Bestbuy.

Shipping took way longer then expected. I told them that I was going away and they said it would get to my house but it never did. Overall. Not very good.

The new 13” MacBook Pro featuring M1 is kind of a game changer for the Apple Ecosystem and laptops in general. The M1 is surprisingly powerful but incredibly efficient. What does that mean for you? Well it means for a ton of work loads, (Video encoding, Machine Learning, etc), you can get a lot of battery life out of it. Unlike laptops of the past, being on battery doesn’t mean sacrificing your performance. For instance, I was able to edit 2 4K videos and still had battery life left over. The screen on this is quite great. Produces stellar color and is really crisp! This paired with the amazing sounding speakers, you can really get engaged with watching entertainment. In the past, I had a ton of issues with the keyboard on my 2018 MBP. I’m very happy that this has improved on the keyboard, allowing more travel and just feeling 100% better. While it may seem daunting to switch to a new platform (M1 is ARM) and losing the compatibility with previous software. I have yet to find a something that I used previously that didn’t just work. Whether it be through the translation layer, Rosetta 2, or through M1 specific apps…everything feels really snappy and great. If you rely on Windows and Parallels, you do lose that compatibility to an extent. Parallels does have ability for Windows on ARM, but mileage may vary.

Very rude if the purchase wasn’t a gift for my dad I would not have bought it.
