I've had this laptop for 2.5 years and the system works good , I used it for Photoshop, Lightroom, and school so it does a good job there, but the thing thats so irritating is that its not built to last. The sensors between thee screen and keyboard are really delicate I've had to already replace it, which is about $600. And the keyboard design is terrible after a while-- even with cleaning and using air cans-- dust gets in the keyboard and the keyboard beings to act up by repeating letters, adding "." randomly, and adding. random numbers while you are typing. I've just had it with this model and poor design. To replace the keyboard will probably be $600-800, and at that point you might as well invest in a new laptop. I literally wish I would have gotten a different model if I knew how annoying this would be and how much longer it takes to edit my work or try to work quickly on the go without having a bluetooth keyboard.

It had an issue with charging, and the warranty with Best Buy has expired. When taken into the Apple Store, it said it had corrosion all over the motherboard, and it had to be replaced. And this replacement was not covered because it was an external damage. All of this problem, and I bought it specifically “Certified” to avoid this problems.

This computer is garbage, bought it for my daughter she used it 3 times in a month and it stopped charging I personally dont buy apple products and this is why they are a garbage company, best buy didnt want to take it as a return after a month!!!

Junk, my daughter hates it, gave it away and bought a Dell
