I started having problems with the sound and the battery needed to be changed. So I decided to buy a new 13.3" MacBook Pro. I did buy the new laptop because it was lighter, excellent price and it was supposed to be 13.3", same size as my old MacBook Pro laptop. it is definitely lighter, but the size is definitely a little bit smaller compared to my old 13.3" laptop. The main font size is smaller and I don't like the font size. I still prefer reading on my old laptop. The price was excellent.

But I have to say the brand new MacBook Pros with the M1 Pro and M1 Pro Max chips are worth the extra money. They handle everything I have used them for and then some. Apple always makes solid long lasting products. My 2011 MacBook Pro lasted 9 yrs, and the hardware was still good. Take care of your products and they will last.
