I went for the m1 macbook pro over the air because it had a longer battery life, had a touchbar, and a fan. Has worked great for me so far!

Exactly what I needed. Works plenty fast, lightweight, and easy to carry around for work.

When I unexpectedly spilt water on my 2015 MacBook Pro I immediately ran to Best Buy to get the exact same computer but the modern version. The computer itself works great and with the new M1 chip I've noticed it lasts so much longer on a single charge then it ever did. I do however HATE how this model doesn't have the magsafe charger and I really don't like how there is no usb port. I had to purchase an additional plug in for anything that will require a usb port. The touchbar is so-so. Not great but also not the worst feature. If Apple would realize the good things they had in older models and combined them with newer technology this computer overall would've been better all around.

Battery life is excellent. Very well built, as expected from Apple. Very fast applications. Perfect keyboard setup. Computer start up is very fast.

I received the apple and it was an excellent new toy for me and as such a great buying experience :-)

This is my first MacBook and it has not disappointed. I love the sleek light feel of the laptop and it is SO fast! 10/10 recommend!

I held back as long as I could on buying my wife a new computer, hoping Apple would release a more updated Pro. Alas, I was forced to move sooner, but as anticipated, the current M1 Macbook Pro does not disappoint. It looks pretty much like those that came before it (*a good thing for her nostalgically) and the performance seems to be as smooth as advertised. My wife enjoys the crossover of app store progrmas now and has not noticed any issues with x86 software running via rosetta. All in all, another quality apple product.

This little machine is a power house!! Handles anything I throw at it and more. Can run windows 11 flawlessly in Parallels

Another great MacBook. This is my third. Love the new processor speed and the battery life. I can work off this for two days between charges.

Great product. I had the older version from 4 years ago and this new one has great improvements despite looking almost identical. WAAAY better screen quality and sound. Sound is impeccable for such a thin device. I just wish apple increased screen size by at least a tiny bit to 14’’. Also, I think i paid a lot more 4 years ago. And deciding between a Windows or apple, I thought apple is always much more expensive but not in this case especially this price for blazing processing speed!

Love the responsiveness, efficiency and it's pretty easy to navigate as I'm new to a Mac. So far it's saving me precious time in my day!

As Apple has done to us several times over - in an effort to differentiate the next product incarnation they neglect to remember the device is not an island unto itself. Compatibly is the word of the day. Sure Rosetta 2 is / was if you’re in an unfortunate region but this translation layer is a stop gap to provide time to have developers make native versions. Additionally the 2 ports on the M1 version (intel has 4) requires me at least to have a docking station (adds several usb c, usb 1 and usb3, plus DisplayPort, Ethernet, audio in and out as well as a SD card reader) but the first one I purchased was not M1 compatible and the second was but yet not totally - my external display would go crazy upon waking from sleep. So look for the fine print. I have a sneaking suspicion that they have tricked me into buying the newest Mx version every 6 months now along with the phone....tbd
