I own every other iteration of the Mario/Luigi game series and this one just isn't that good. I'm not sure why this game got so many positive reviews because they are not accurate. For starters, the game is difficult to control and when this doesn't make par, the game is essentially not playable. In addition, you'd think a 2016 3DS game would work better than a 2015 or 2014 game. However, when you tried to play this on a non-New Nintendo 3DS unit, it has processing power issues. Overall, a disappointing 2 stars.

Witty as usual for a M&L game. Not the best in the series but not the worst.

Didn't really care for this one, I was expecting more of the classic type of Mario game but over all not a terrible game...... Good to pass the time

My son found this game a little confusing and frustrating.

I've always loved the Mario and Luigi games as well as the Paper Mario games, so you can imagine that I really enjoy this game. It has the same charm the past Mario & Luigi games do while expanding on the games with added paper mechanics and Paper Mario! It seems more challenging as well and I'd definitely suggest getting it.

Ignore the previous review, while I have not played this game from the review its looks very good. The game adds a new dimension of play to the series by combining with the paper Mario franchise, the puzzles, gameplay and dialog are also very good. Highly recommend if you are new to the series or have played the other titles.

Paper Jam has a great combat system and some great jokes. The boss battles are intense and require perfect timing, for both offensive and defensive attacks, to win most fights. The game however suffers from a lot of padding, this through a upsetting overused mini-game where you collect Paper Toads to progress. It's a great RPG once you get past all the forced objectives.

I love the Mario & Luigi series as well as Paper Mario. Seeing this crossover was a very unique idea. I especially liked the humor in this game which is what the Mario & Luigi series is known for. It's a great game to anyone who likes the series.

I can't recommend this game enough. Has a wonderful story with great characters. Been playing it for about 15 hours so far and keep wanting to return for more.

My children like this game. It's like upgrade version of Paper Sticker Mario. Though not too much upgraded, but new feature added

Mario & Luigi games are always a hilarious event. These semi-actiony RPG style games have entertaining stories and fun gameplay. Throw in Paper Mario (similar concept) and you now have them combined for a fun adventure that is great for anyone.

As a fan of both Paper Mario and the Mario & Luigi series this game seemed like it would make a great crossover. Sadly it wasn't as expected and did little to try to combine mechanics and game play from the Paper Mario franchise and solely focused on the Mario & Luigi franchise with Paper Mario just pretty much being an extra character. The game is still enjoyable but not the strongest Mario & Luigi game out there. I'd recommend Dream Team over Paper Jam if you're craving a Mario & Luigi game for the 3DS.

I have very much enjoyed this game, compared to sticker star. It's a bit more refined, the story is cute/fun, graphics are good.

Good RPG. The Paper Craft battles are really fun. I like the game more then most regular platforming Mario games. If you like the Mario and Luigi series and have 40 bucks you should get the game.

Another adventure but this time Paper Mario joins the mix. Colorful characters from the paper world are now all over as well. I would recommend this to gamers who like light-hearted RPGs.

Long time fan of Mario and the paper Mario games and this one does not disappoint! Cool mix of 3d Mario & Luigi with paper Mari .

My daughter asked me to get this for her 3DS, she loves it and is even trying to teach her dad how to play

It's a nice twist to have both Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi collide together in a super-game like this.

excellent fun game love it hours and hours of play time never gets old
