This is an average game, the campaign was pretty decent. Will be curious how it improves or if it does on the the PS5, when I am able to get my hands on it.

repetition repetition repetition nothing but grinding..... this game got boring quick.... there aren't a lot of character in the roster to play, the enemies are all the same...blah blah blah... their millions of players shrunk into a miserable few hundred within a few months of release. this is how you make trash games. and i am sure theyre going to release more characters via dlc

My honest review, they should have called the game ‘Kamala Khan meets the Avengers’ and not ‘The Avengers’. I’m a PS4 owner and pre-ordered the game because BB offered a $10 cert for the pre-order. Also, I’m a fan of Marvel and the Spider-Man game was phenomenal. I will start by saying that I had no idea that Spider-Man would be in the game until the last couple weeks but, the mechanics are already there. On to the game, I’ve only put about three hours into it and, although the game is sort of fun and vaguely interesting, I didn’t expect to play nearly the entire time as a 12 year old girl. She appears to be the main subject of the game and, although you will play briefly as the actual Avengers, she is the main character so far. I’m not happy about it because I didn’t buy an Avengers game to spend most or all of my time playing the Kamala Khan character and how or why I didn’t figure out that they stuck this character in there for a reason is beyond me. My mistake. I’ll give it a little more time and then shelf it. Not worth $60 no matter who they jam into it later because it’s not about the team you think or want it to be about. It’s a great game if you’re a young Indian female looking for a role model of sorts. Big thumbs down so far but, like I said, I’m only three hours or so into it. That’s what I think so far but I’m sure that other people have played much further into it than I have. Not happy. One star.
