A: Yes, it has been confirmed. If you buy the ps4 version you will get the ps5 version at no cost.
Q: Does a pre-order through bestbuy include the legacy skins pre-order bonus?
A: It should since all editions are supposed to come with the Legacy Outfit pack, but it would be nice if Best Buy would list it on he product pages
