Campaign was good. That alone was worth the sale price. Didn't play online at all. If you like rpg or story driven games pick it up

The campaign is only the beginning. The first few hours are great with a good story but post the campaign is where the game takes off.

The game has a good story and some interesting ideas here and there. The biggest problem is some heroes feel sloppy to control and that practically EVERY enemy is a robot which can get old and repetitive. If you're into a fun superhero story, or have some buds to join in for some runs, I'd say this was a good pick for you.

I was shocked to find that not only was the campaign of a decent length (took me about 14 hours for main story) but it was actually incredibly well done. I didn't know much about Kamala (Ms. Marvel) prior to playing this game but it absolutely succeeded at gaining her another fan. Combat is incredibly fun and so is upgrading and learning all the new moves. CONS: Poor optimization (on PS4 Pro) lead to some freezes and even a few hard crashes. Online is in desperate need of fixing, as I've not once matched with an entire team's worth of players (closest I've gotten to is 2 others). Gear system is convoluted and lackluster, with pieces being functional only and bearing no difference in appearances. I think if enough people stick around long enough, and SE actually takes the time to fix a lot of these issues then this game could garner a cult following in the coming years. Free DLC is coming soon (characters can be purchased with currency earned through free Challenge Cards). If they don't however, and allow the bugs and borderline nonexistent online remain then this will sadly and most likely fall into obscurity.

Storyline starts very engaging and fun and tends to slowly fades into a repetitive state where enemies, terrain and pretty much everything is a constant repetition of the previous mission and changes from an A level game to one of those free to play games.

I got this for my nephew on his birthday, and he id a big Marvel fan based on the movie character looks. Nothing based on the mission or movies, but this looks very complicated, but my nephew said it was not. The graphics and amount of ongoing things at the same time was mind blowing for me, but my nephew loved this :)

The story to the game and the character abilities make this a fun game. I hope they add some more things to the end game. Currently once you finish the story mode, it pretty much just replaying missions again to pick up better gear. Game is worth it even if you only play the SP. The MP still needs work.

Excellent game for the price, great story campaign, exciting to hear they will release more characters in the future.

This game is actually pretty fun. Much better than I expected. The single player campaign has been pretty good and the gameplay is enjoyable. I wish that the online multiplayer mode was deeper and that the items you find would display on your character. Character design took some getting used to also.

I wasn't really looking forward to this game because I wasn't sure how smooth the controls and gameplay would be compared to the Spider-man game from a couple years ago, and the early character designs looked kinda wack to me, but this game kept me from going outside for a whole weekend and it ended up being pretty dope. Not all my characters have been leveled up but it's pretty easy to play despite being kinda repetitive. More cutscenes and narrative would keep me engaged going forward.

Avengers is a good looking game with some fun mechanics and playable heros. The story is good and the graphics look great. The gameplay and levels are average for a superhero title. I’d recommend buying this game on sale or using a gift card.

I really love this Most Anticipated and Must-play AAA Superhero blockbuster team-up video-game because you'll never know what in store and the action-packed gameplay cutscenes are soooooooo very incredibly jaw-dropping and mind-blowing. Also, Kamala Khan is a very uniquely likable character because how much she portrays by Sandra Saad. Also, the storytelling is soooooooo very funny and emotional especially the joking between the two characters are both nailed and straight-to-point while in the emotional, when you're fighting a boss, you feeling angry and at the same time, feeling a little teary eyes because you can beat him/her all day just to avenge someone. Also, the opening scene in the Marvel's Avengers is soooooooo very movie-like intro because the developers are soooooooo very incredibly hard-working for the first time AAA Superhero team-up video-game. No matter what they say about the game or how they rate this game, you know it will be inevitable when Marvel superfans rate it with most highest score because they DO NOT want to be disappointed what the others rate it so very low. I will always stay for what's in store for the game even if I finished it so fast. I do not care about ratings anymore because storytelling and how gameplay works are my most important to look forward to. But I really love and like rating when it comes to thinking carefully and slowly how to rate the quality of the game. But I'm really still playing Marvel's Avengers video-game even when the Reassemble story mission finished. I really love and like to have the DLC for Kate Bishop & Hawkeye as in right now. Super excited to play Spider-man in Marvel's Avengers video-game because I really think he is so super very spectacularly fast just as Natasha Romanoff aka Natalia Alianovna Romanova aka Black Widow was.

The very first thing I’d like to say about this is how important it is to approach this game with an open mind. This adaption of Earth’s mightiest heroes is definitely notable! I think a lot of casual fans bought this game in anticipation of it to mirror the Avengers we all know and love from the cinematic universe along with the ability of open world gameplay. Although the layout of the game is semi-linear and is reminiscent of the Destiny model (yes this means finding yourself grinding missions for the sake of leveling up your character), I genuinely enjoy the game simply because we now have a video game to play as our favorite Marvel icons! Since the beginning when Square Enix announced this project, they made it very well known that this game is an expanding universe. The reason why I think it’s important to remind players of this is because the campaign is pretty short. However, the end opens the door for more segments / chains of campaign missions for the future. I think as time goes on, this is only going to get better.

I enjoyed playing the story missions in this game. Some missions can get repetitive, but its cool unlocking the move sets for the team. If you get a deal on it, its worth a play thru.

Graphics are amazing and this game is so much fun to play with others. My family absolutely loves this game!

The game is good. I had lots of fun running through the game with all the characters. Surprisingly I really took to The Hulk. The characters designs could use some work (skins fix some of the issues) and end game needs more content (which they are working on).

It is a good game for teenage kids. This game has a nice story line and the graphics is fantastic.

So far fun game, nice visuals, sound, etc. Story is good. Kamala Khan is actually a fun and interesting character. My complaints would be: 1) Game is SLOOOOOOOOOW to grind to next level. This almost seems like an attempt to artificially extend the play time of the game. 2) enemies/stages are recycled over and over again, get boring real quick. Fighting robots and AIM shock troopers got dull real quick. 3)learning each character’s different techniques and attacks is a pain. Having to pause the game to know how my character can break a shielded attack or use an ability is annoying. The Arkham games did it right. 4)I have a PS4 pro and loading times still feel long, the game is buggy and crashes with some frequency. This game could’ve been great, so far it’s an average beat em up.
