Did not purchase this product at any time, and still keep showing on my profile for some reason

I selected this washer after returning a Samsung that had a terrible issue with water levels not even getting clothes completely wet! This washer works well but I'm disappointed that the only option for water level is auto-sensing or completely full!! This has a huge capacity and a full tub is a waste of water for many loads. Why not offer us small, medium and large loads is addition to auto sense??? Also I have a problem with both white spots AND increased lint on dark loads. Not sure yet what the cause of these might be. Frustrating though since most other loads come out fine.

The worst washing machine we have ever owned ! I would not recommend this product to anyone !!!!!!

Maytag JUNK. Someone needs to be fired over the lack of quality.

We bought this washer a few weeks ago despite the negative reviews regarding vibration/noise/unbalance issues. When installers came they DID NOT level machine properly. It was close, but not exactly level. The machine walked all over the place during spin cycles. We have it installed in garage on cement floor. After taking the time to level it *precisely* (and I do mean precisely) the machine does not walk or make any weird noises (as it did when first installed). The thing apparently doesn't have counterbalance springs for the tub and so if the machine is not EXACTLY level it will dance/make noises you thought washers wouldn't make. I was going to try anti-vibration feet to set the washer on. They are rubber "feet" you put under the feet of the washer. They have recesses in the top that hold the feet of your washer and the rubber acts as a suspension to prevent the washer from moving. Can't comment on how well they work, but got good reviews on other sites. If you experience walking / banging / unbalance / weird noise issues with this washer, make sure the thing is absolutely level left to right and front to back.

I am so glad I never left a review for this washer, because best buy does not allow you to edit reviews, which is BS! I purchased this washer in 2020 and and the drum, springs and other parts are blown, no good, trash. Appliance man said I need a new one. Don't fall for the warranty crap because that don't pay for nothing unless you pay for the extra warranty. I totally expected to at least get 5+ years out of the washer, they don't make them the way they use to. I will be buying a speed queen.

BuYer beware!cAfter having this washing machine for 1 1/2 years and finding our clothes getting more and more soiled, we used a screwdriver to keep the lid open and watched how it operated behind a locked lid. It barely agitates at all .(Maye like a cycle for lingerie.) My gosh, I never would have gotten my kid's clothes clean with this! I am having to buy new towels because ours have a dirty tinge now. I expected more of a Maytag. This was surely not designed by a mom with active sons. I have no idea what we will do now. This was a big purchase for us.

Had been used. Laundry soap was noticeable. Was not in box, they just plastic wrapped

Can't wash more than 4 pices of clothing at a time because the water level remains low regarless of setting. Sensor dictates water level and it is always low

It works alright, but at least half of the time I’ve had to wash multiple times just to complete a wash cycle. It gets stuck on “wash” and never completes multiple times.

I've had this unit for 1 month now. One reason I chose this unit is for cost because it was an unexpected expense just after replacing all kitchen appliances. I chose a top loader this time because it fits better in the space I have. It's much noisier than my previous LG front loader. It makes loud, odd sounds as it changes functions and these sounds make me feel uncomfortable, as if something may go wrong. I've had trouble with it leaving a white residue on my dress pants which I've had to try and remove by hand in the sink. This of course is aggravating and adds to my work load as I wear these pants to work each week. I've read other users had white residue when using the pods which I do not use, yet have still have the residue. I've used the second rinse cycle and still had the residue. It seems odd to me that a liquid detergent does not dissolve well with the agitator, leaving behind the residue. I have not yet washed bulky or heavy loads such as jeans or king size sheets. Seriously considering returning it and choosing a different machine. It's not an awful washing machine but I'd prefer one that was quieter and that did not leave marks on my clothing.

The washer stopped working in two weeks of delivery, right after best buy return window closes.

I’m not happy with this Top load washer. It does not wring out the clothes, towels or linens, like I’m use to.

the agitator didn’t work n had to wait almost a month to get it replaced.

Nice high efficiency machine, one problem, the clothes are not washed properly, they don’t get clean.

This washer did not work, walked around and had all kinds of issues. Rosa with Geek Squad was able to get an exchange for a Whirlpool washer that worked. She was great and the new washer is great. The other Geek Squad agents were not helpful like Rosa. I am so glad she was able to help us.

Received this washer August 6. It worked great first few times. About 2 weeks later it stopped working. Started making a loud squealing noise and got stuck on the rinse cycle. Geek squad came out and said it was the motor. Couldn’t exchange at Best Buy after 15 days. Totally disappointed!!!

My first payment isn’t due yet and the washer isn’t working. This is the second washer in two months to come from BB and not work. I can’t get anyone on the phone and it seems I neglected to add a protection plan, so after less than two months I once again do not have a working washer.

It spins when I am loading clothes and soap into it. It clicks and clanks constantly. Not filing up with enough water either. It froze up and I had to unplug it to get it back to starting. I am returning it. Had it 3 days.
