Okay for six years and now a giant paperweight.

Poor quality and impossible to reach support

Do not purchase this washer

WASTED MONEY

This machine does not take enough water no matter the setting and how large it is. It takes an eternity to wash. The clothes always have dirt on them at the end of the cycle. I can't make it to soak because I have not been able to figure it all out and the is NO MANUAL and how to use this thing. I am still paying for it but I will definitely get rid of it in some way or another. I refuse to live with this inconvenience as if it is a cheap machine.
