Doesn’t use as much water. It is louder than we thought it would be. It is rough on towels and we have noticed a lot of wear on them and have only had the machine a month.

Best washer I’ve had in years. I can actually reach the bottom to get small clothing and everything gets good and clean in one cycle.

I love this washer! Anyone can operate this with it's simple dials. It's spin cycle is so intense that the clothes come out ready to dry quickly. Even big, very thick towels are dry in 25 or 30 minutes. It's as close to having a commercial machine as I think you can get. I haven't had a Maytag in decades. I hope this one lasts a long time like they used to.

Only reason I’m giving 4* cause I’ve only had for about 30days but other then that. It works amazingly and the customer service at Best Buy is unbelievable

The machine is a little too loud but it cleans clothes. Delivery and installation was a disaster. Instructions are insufficient.

Larger tub than expected. King size comforter fits. Excellent wash.

Great washer for the price. Cleans great and not noisy as some folks had stated. I wish they would give you a option to choose your loads small, medium, or large. This one has auto sensing or full tub.

high efficiency washers like this one and really all nowadays do not allow enough water unless you use deep wash. We have to add water to small loads so that soap residue is not left on clothes and so that we feel the clothes get clean at all. ugg. The height of this machine is good however for reaching the bottom of the basin if you are on the shorter side.

I have done more than 20 loads, varying kinds. The one outstanding positive of this washer, so far, is that it allows me, a short person, to reach to the bottom of the barrel and pick up the laundry without a struggle. This is specifically why I went with this choice over others. There's been fearfully heavy sudsing when I use the sensing option. This is with two different free and clear HE detergents... Deep deep suds with very low water... The two detergent makers have no help to offer with this problem. I will experiment with how little detergent I can use to get laundry clean... It's been a hassle; whole lot of time checking and experimenting. I can only hope I'll hit on some tricks that solve the problems... I do feel very disappointed. Maytags we've had in the past were infinitely better.

I like my new washing machine, saves on water and washes great. Handles large load well.

I like the washer, its very nice. But it did get off balance and instead of finishing the load it kept redoing the cycle, filling it with water and trying to spin, draining water and so on. When I realized the wash was taking so long to get done, I went and checked on it. Washer gave me no indication that it was off balance accept it would start to spin then shut down and drain water, over, and over. This happened the first week I had it. Other then that I like the washer.
