I like the washer, its very nice. But it did get off balance and instead of finishing the load it kept redoing the cycle, filling it with water and trying to spin, draining water and so on. When I realized the wash was taking so long to get done, I went and checked on it. Washer gave me no indication that it was off balance accept it would start to spin then shut down and drain water, over, and over. This happened the first week I had it. Other then that I like the washer.

She directed me to Bestbuy website to assist me with my search for the washer and set up my appointment for the installation. She showed patience and understanding on the needs on having to replace the washer. Thanks

The capacity of the washer is huge compared with my old washer. My queen sized comforter fits right in and I no longer need to go to the laundromat to wash it. There are a lot of control knobs which allow you to launder your items in just the right way. That took a while for me to learn, but now I have it figured out. I highly recommend this washer

Washer is working fine but have only had it a few weeks. I hope it continues to perform well. I bought the past good name of maytag products.

I replaced a Sumsung which cost more and had all the bells and whistles but wasn't as good as this. I like this has an agitator and it does exactly what it is supposed to do, clean clothes. I bit noisy on the spin cycle but it is in a different room so doesn't really bother us. If was in an open area you may want something quieter.

Excellent washing machine, it has great features, and i love that it has a large tub, so I don't have to do as many washes as often as I did with my old washer, also it wrings out the clothes better, so that I have less time in the dryer, which also saves on electricity. Love it, my purchase was an excellent choice!!

I love my new washer. It replaced one I had for thirty years so I had to get used to the modern stuff. Love the big tub and the automatic water levels. Also loved the service from Best Buy. We had a communication at first about the delivery but Best Buy made good. The washer was delivered, set up and old one removed.

Has a few more setting than I need, functions well. A little noisy and takes longer on a normal cycle than previous machine.

This actually gets your clothes clean unlike the pretty front loader. I couldn’t believe how fresh our towels and sheets were after the first wash. Get rid of the front loader and buy this. Sometimes old school is the best.

Large, spacious and easy to operate. Great value

It does a reasonably good job cleaning the clothes, but it would be better if you could see how far you were into the cycle, especially since the cycles are so long. There is no way to know how much time is left in the cycle. Also, if you lift the lid to add clothes after the cycle has started, and you don’t shut the lid quick enough the machine drains itself out and there is no way to stop it from doing that.

Nice washer. New technology not like the old stuff. Takes a little longer to cycle than older models. Miss the agitator!

Yuge capacity and forest water savings!!! You can not use the “deep fill” on the normal setting. That is all.

Huge tub, with all of the bells and whistles at a decent price.

So far, I would consider this a great purchase. The washing machine is working well. Everything has been cleaned well. Very satisfied.

My wife and I are delighted with the Maytag washer. The washtub is very large, with plenty of wash cycles for the different types of clothing. It does an excellent job, and the clothes come out extremely clean. I highly recommend it, and we would purchase this Maytag washer again.
