I love the variety of wash settings. The one thing I do not like is that it does not have a countdown for time left in the cycle. Seems to wash really well.

We have been pleased with our purchase,does what is suppose to do,get clothes clean.Really like the agitator which our last machine did not have.

i like my new machine, The only thing that i don't like is that you have to use fabric softener or the clothes are wrinkled and scratchy. No problem when using fabric softener, My previous machine did not require this. But other then that it cleans my clothes great, I love the big tub.

This is a nice washer with minimum bells and whistles, which is what I wanted. I am very happy with it, with the only downfall being the time it takes to complete some washes.

we love this washing machine because of its ease to operate. my in-law doesn’t understand english so the less features and buttons to push the better. this is a plain, old school washer with push button knobs rather than a digital touch screen. looks a lot like the previous maytag washer she had. we’re very happy with it.

I have enjoyed using it. The tub is big and the washer is so quite. I really like the automatic water selector.

if your looking for simple and basic without all the digital controls then this is the one. It runs on the old basic knobs, but still has the HE option for cleaning. We ditched our troublesome Samsung set for these and could not be happier. A lot can be said for a simple and basic washer and dryer

This Maytag is just right for us (retired couple) as a replacement for a 17 year old Maytag that failed. My wife wanted similar model features and this matches. New machine is noisier then old Maytag but extracts more water in spin cycle and clothes dry faster. BB price was the best and service was outstanding.

Maytag washer. A little loud but works good. I Specifically bought this one because I had agitator in it. Without the agitator it’s so hard to get the clothes out because the tub is so huge and deep. This product works great

I like my new washer. I like that I have cut down on how many loads I do each week, now that I went with a bigger tub. More time with my family.

We had a modern LG toploader washer which was horrible! It was those type of washers that had no center agitator. We decided to go back to Old School! Center agitator with the reputation and dependability of a Maytag! This washing machine is flawless.

This washer is a great buy. Much bigger capacity than my older washer.Stainless tub makes cleaning it a breeze. Runs really quiet for such a larger machine and spins the water from heavy items on the first spin so no need for a second one.

Loved the washer as the water efficient Maytag I returned was not c leaning the clothes as my 12 year old Maytag had done. Left a odor in the tub when finished on the Maytag. Bestbuy was gracious enough to allow us to replace the Maytag with the GE models. Same price but better washer and dryer. Custom level for water for wash and rinse cycle on the GE was outstanding and clothes were cleaner and tub didn't have any odor left over. Bestbuy was a great help and suggested the GE as the only manufacturer that has the custom water level. Highly recommend this. The State of California and their conservation requirements even on washers is horrible as the clothes are not clean, leave a soap residue even on the best settings on the Maytag. The governor and the legislature have now ruined most washers to conserve a little water at the cost of having washers do a poor job. Glad to have found the one manufacturer that has a washer that works like my old one.

Our washer finally gave out after 16 years. After our Best Buy search, we found the best washer, dryer, and accessories to bring us to modern times. We now have the most efficient, environmentally safe, and economically smart way to do laundry.

The washing machine is extremely easy to use and very quiet. Price was good.

Great machine! Even better price! It was delivered when they said it was going to be delivered, great communication system via text letting you know they’re on their way and phone calls, the machine took a little getting used to but it is great great i water and it does a great job love buying American!

because of the new technology ,I have some negatives---I can'y load the washer with the lid open,,,I also cannot ope the lid to put the fabric softener in ,,,Sometimes the agitation x=causes the laundry gets all bundled up in knots,,,the water level is not to really cover the laundry,,, but this is because the technology has changed.....

Great all around washer a little loud on heavy spin cycle but after many uses getting to know water levels and balancing loads

I absolutely love these machines. Very quiet despite the negative reviews I've read. They're both very quite and I live in a one bedroom apartment. The washer is awesome. So easy to use and Maytag stands behind their warranty as all should. Best purchase I've made this year ! Awesome price and very affordable.
